RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please see detailed instructions below on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

We do not accept exchanges on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized items.

Damaged or Defective items
If your items arrives damaged or defective you must report this to us with clear images, and your order number within 10 days upon arrival.

Final Sale Items
All sale items, purchases made during a sale, items purchased that have been discounted by 25% or more are to be considered final sale.

How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@lonestarlullabies.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Our Customer Care team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or tags.

Clearly mark the package with the provided RA number.

Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your exchange as follows:

If the item you want to exchange is in stock, we will ship the new item to you within 2-5 business days after receiving your return.

If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue you a store credit or refund for the amount of the returned item, excluding any original shipping charges.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will notify you and offer alternative options.

Store credits issued for exchanges do not expire and can be used towards any future purchase on our website.

Refunds for exchanges will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
