We believe every parent should have bonding time with their new child. 8 Weeks of paid leave, with a 1 year job protection. The role will be temporarily filled until the employee returns prior or up to the 1 year mark from leave date. Includes birth or adoption. Employees must work with the company for a minimum of 6 months for policy to go into effect. Depending upon the role there may be a remote work option for the employee to return sooner if they wish.
